This makes it possible for all front office staff, from a hotel or vacation park, to easily and quickly book tickets and activities from their immediate area. And thus can immediately provide their guests with a fun activity or entrance ticket in the region.

That's kind of interesting to know right! With Google Analytics, you can very easily measure visitor numbers on your website. And you probably already do. But which visitors actually book that bike, sloop, bowling alley or escape room with you through LeisureKing? Of course you want to know that too.

To measure is to know
The LeisureKing online window is seen by Google Analytics as a separate page. You could compare it to another website. If a visitor on your website looks at the bikes you rent out and then goes to www.nu.nl to check the news or just clicks away, unfortunately you can't track the visitor with the Google Analytics code on your website. The same goes for LeisureKing's online window. Once your visitor clicks book and enters the booking process, the Google Analytics code that is on your site has lost the visitor. Oh dear, and now what? Because of course you want to know who your bookers are and how they go through the booking process.

The solution is simple
To ensure that you can also follow the actions of your website visitor in the booking process, all you have to do is add your Google Analytics code in LeisureKing to the online window you are using. The online window is now no longer seen by Google Analytics as another website and you can see exactly if your visitors become bookers and when they drop out. Extremely handy, because you can then act on that if necessary.

A nice discount in the post season
The post-season is coming and so we get rain one day and sunshine the next. Nice that variation, but during this period people are less likely to book in advance. So make use of discount codes! For example, put a discount code on your website that is valid until the end of October, or let the customer book during the week at a lower price. Often this is the last push your prospective customer needs.

Reward your customers

Within LeisureKing's online reservation system you can easily set different rates per activity. This is useful, for example, when you use adult and child rates. But you can also, for example, use lower rates for weekdays compared to weekends. After all, if you're full on weekends anyway then you don't need to give a discount right! While lower rates during the week might persuade the customer to book that one activity with you. Online of course, because it saves you a lot of time. And all those extra bookings will certainly be reflected in your turnover!

Different rates per season
