We started using LeisureKing just before our season launch. There are so many settings that it took us a while to get to grips with everything. Because of the large crowds, we weren't able to set everything up properly right away as a result. That made for a bumpy start. Fortunately, we were able to contact LeisureKing's customer service with our questions, so we were able to fix the problems quickly. LeisureKing's reservation system is also user-friendly at the 'back end', you don't have to be a programmer to set it up, and if you have any questions, LeisureKing provides good service.
