LeisureKing's free system can be linked to your website. The customer books and pays in a completely familiar environment with the service they are used to. This all happens within your own website, with LeisureKing's system. Everything in the cloud, but of course you as a user manage the passwords. Why did you switch to an online reservation system?
"I was looking for an online reservation system that suits me. After all, I only want to pay for the period that I actually rent bikes. It is designed so that you know exactly what to enter, step by step and with clear explanations. With a day's work you have everything clear in the system. After that I really had to teach myself to work from the system, but I quickly got used to it!"
How does online booking actually work?
"I put my different types of bikes into the LeisureKing system including the rental price. This data can be seen directly on my website. The customer can also read a short description and place a reservation right away by entering the day and the desired rental period. In addition, you can easily make reservations and find them in the overview including customer data. Of course, I can also enter reservations directly into the system."
What is LeisureKing's service like?
"That's alright with LeisureKing. LeisureKing's system is constantly evolving. And there are many additional advantages. For example, I now also have insight into my turnovers per month, per day or per bike. I immediately have a list of email addresses available of all my bookers whom I can also send a newsletter to. In addition, LeisureKing sends out a digital survey, so I also know afterwards what they thought of my bikes. The reviews will also soon be online on my site, all automatically."
