We are continuously developing LeisureKing. And regularly we receive feedback from you as a user on how we can make the system even better. Thanks for that! LeisureKing obviously ensures that your tickets, rental items and products are easy to book online, with the time slots and prices that you as a business owner determine. However, as an extension of this, we were regularly asked if it is really necessary for you as an entrepreneur to work in the exact same LeisureKing environment as your colleague who is at the box office.

The new Front Desk Checkout environment is separate from the familiar environment and is specially built for the operational branch within your company. You use the new environment to quickly make a reservation, modify a reservation, scan a QR code associated with a reservation or just sell an ice cream at the counter. Just a few features that make your executive colleague's job easier and more convenient. Moreover, we have developed this environment especially for smartphones and tablets. So do you rent boats and don't have a laptop at the dock? Do you have a one-day event and 20 volunteers may scan entrance tickets at the same time? No problem, a smartphone will do!

Pins? Yes please!
With the new Front Desk Checkout environment linked to our pin machines, the process is completely automated. Suppose your colleague is at the cash register and an ice cream is being sold. Because we have a smart link between the new cash register environment and the pin device, the amount appears directly on the pin device, and is processed in LeisureKing. This way, not only is the PIN payment at the cash register taken care of, but you can also quickly and easily see how many ice creams have been sold on a day. Your administration is thus in order and for ordering new ice creams you simply look in LeisureKing at what has been sold. Moreover, we can also easily link this environment to a mobile pin device, so you can use this function anywhere. Has the contract of your current pin device expired? Or, in the meantime, are you ready for a pin device of today? We rent and sell pin machines including a link to your LeisureKing account.
