I don't want to lose control of my business

During my appointment last week, I saw it happen again: the entrepreneur I spoke with was afraid of losing control of his business if he used a reservation system. He literally said, "Then everything will be in the computer and not in my paper diary, how will that work? I will no longer have an overview anyway and that is not what I want."
