LeisureKing Officially Certified to the International OCTO Standard

LeisureKing is officially OCTO-certified. This means our reservation and ticketing system complies with the international technical standard for the reliable exchange of product information, availability, and bookings within the market for tours, activities, and attractions.

This certification confirms that we communicate with sales and distribution platforms in accordance with established, internationally recognized standards. This provides you, as a leisure business owner, with a professional foundation for selling your offerings through multiple channels, while managing your availability and bookings centrally in LeisureKing.

The first concrete application is our partnership with Prioticket, an international connectivity platform that connects providers with hundreds of resellers and travel partners.

One international standard

OCTO stands for Open Connectivity for Tours, Activities & Attractions. It is an international, open technical standard managed by an independent nonprofit organization.

The standard establishes fixed agreements for the exchange of product information, availability, and bookings between reservation systems, distributors, and online travel platforms. Our OCTO certification confirms that LeisureKing operates in accordance with these international technical requirements.

Reach through well-known sales platforms

Prioticket provides the infrastructure that connects reservation systems, providers, and sales channels. Through a single connection, the platform can distribute your offerings to various types of partners, including OTAs, travel agencies, hotel chains, and tour operators.

This gives your listing on LeisureKing access to a broad international distribution network, including major sales platforms such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Tiqets, Expedia, Klook, Civitatis, Headout, TUI Musement, and Trip.com.

You decide which channels to use. Commercial agreements, commissions, and eligibility requirements may apply for each platform. In all cases, the technical exchange follows the same international standard.

All in one system

Bookings made through affiliated sales channels are automatically imported into LeisureKing. You can also manage and share your current availability from the same system.

No separate calendars, no separate overviews, and no manual updates for each channel. Direct bookings and bookings made through external platforms are all grouped together in a single, up-to-date overview. This way, you can keep track of your capacity, no matter where the booking comes from.
