LeisureKing was created by our own experience from outdoor sports. Originally the system was built for the Veluwe Specialist which has several rental stores on the Veluwe and Klimbos Garderen. When we started offering the system to other leisure companies as well. So the whole system was born out of our own experience and is completely self-developed.

You can sign up through the website. After signing up, we will contact you to set up the account for you. This is usually arranged within a day. You can then immediately start working with (almost) all functions LeisureKing has to offer.

A system that is not working properly can be very annoying. One reason for not switching is often that it is so much work to put everything back into a system. However, LeisureKing works very easily. Creating 1 activity is sometimes no more than 1 minute of work. Of course we are happy to help you with this to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Because LeisureKing runs entirely online, it can happen that there is an internet outage and you do not have insight into your reservations. This is why we always send an automatic email in the evening with the reservations for the next day. In addition, LeisureKing has the highest responsive service level at the server farm.

The LeisureKing reservation system does not reside on your computer but is accessible via the Internet. A good internet connection is sufficient. LeisureKing is therefore also usable via your smartphone and tablet and, of course, completely responsive.

Leisureking.co.uk aims to have European coverage. Therefore, it can also be used in multiple languages so that you can also serve your foreign customers through your website.

LeisureKing does business, for Europe, with PAY. This is an online bank supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank and the European Bank. If you want the option on your website for your customer to pay directly, we will sign you up with PAY. They provide a weekly, direct payment to your account. This can also be done daily if desired.

Online payment is optional. If you would like your customer to simply pay in the store itself, that's no problem. We can also help with the purchase of a pin device so that everything can run entirely through LeisureKing.

Because of our partnership with PAY, we can also arrange a pin device for you which also allows us to completely take care of pin payments on location.

When you want to be bookable on your own sites, LeisureKing is your party. We make sure your guest can book online. For that, they just stay on your site. It doesn't matter what system your site is built in or how old your site is. From our experience we always know how to find an appropriate solution.

You put your stock numbers into the LeisureKing system and you decide the time slots in which you want to offer it. Whether you have bicycles, boats or an escape room. LeisureKing is for every kind of industry branch. Even when it comes to entrance tickets where your visitors are "the maximum supply. Also combinations with other activities, with stock, you can put in LeisureKing so you have all your services in one clear system.

Yes definitely. For each activity, you can indicate that there is a certain booking margin. Here you indicate how many days in advance you can book online. Don't want any surprises on the day itself? Then you can simply indicate this.

You can receive a copy of each reservation in your email. Especially in the beginning this is recommended, when you are not yet used to online bookings. You don't want any surprises. A simple email in your mailbox with the reservations will allow you to slowly get used to the system.

Of course you can, LeisureKing has a fully automated mail function. You can create a completely personalized mail for each activity.

If you want to link barcodes or QR code to your customer you can do this with LeisureKing. For example, you scan the code of a boat or bike and it is automatically stored with the customer. Also useful for selling tickets at events, for example. Scan at the door and you know that the customer is inside.

For your own site, you have to take care of findability with Google yourself. Of course LeisureKing makes sure that you do not lose sight of your booker. If you are marketing via facebook or google you can always see the success rate of your marketing.

With LeisureKing, it is possible to keep an eye on the inventory at each hotel online. You can then monitor from your hammock exactly which hotels are working hardest for you.

With LeisureKing, we can provide access to businesses in your immediate area where they can see your inventory and also book your services online. They then book your activities without intervention by phone or mail.

When you use LeisureKing, we may give permission to hotels you partner with to link your activities to their booking system. In addition, it is also possible to make your services bookable online through a hotel's website. Everything works from 1 inventory so you cannot expect duplicate bookings and know exactly through which channel the booking comes in.

LeisureKing is not an accounting program, but it does create invoices. If you want to link LeisureKing to your current accounting program, that's no problem at all. We can create links to the accounting software you work with. This way we also take the accounting out of your hands!
