What will you do?
As a Support Assistant at LeisureKing, you are the connecting factor between customer and product. You answer customer questions daily through our support desk and ensure that everyone, from end user to colleague, has clear, up-to-date information. You will also work closely with our product-owner Anne on the further development of our reservation system. Think about collecting feedback and improving existing components.You will identify bottlenecks in the use of our software, think about how we can make the system even smarter and more user-friendly, and translate customer wishes into concrete improvements. You work independently but not alone. You sit with colleagues from support and sales in one room, so you can switch quickly, learn together and celebrate successes.

We offer
- A work week of 28 to 38 hours (negotiable).
- Working conditions and salary between €2,600 and €3,200 gross (depending on experience) in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Day Recreation.
